The Holiday Season isn’t the best time to pass out resumés, however, it is the ideal time to network.


You will meet family members and friends that have their own contacts and they may be willing to help you. Take advantage of the occasion to inform them of your skills, interests and your availability. Note names and phone numbers. Ask if you can call in January.

In order to make a good impression, keep a clear mind. This will also help you remember the conversations...

And remember, to make it work, you must follow up with these new contacts.
